- Call the hotline 0 800 300 545.
- Tell the operator the e-prescription number (16 digits) and the redemption code (4 digits).
- Select the required medicine from the list.
Delivery
Delivery of medicines through Ukrposhta. Pharmacy is free for all users. The shipment can be conveniently tracked on the Ukrposhta website, in the mobile app or via chatbots in popular messengers. The order is stored at the branch for seven calendar days, which gives you enough time to receive it.
Before delivery, you can inspect the parcel to make sure that all the medicines are in place. If the medicines are included in the list of the ‘Affordable Medicines’ programme, their cost is covered by the state. Only those medicines that do not fall under this programme are paid for.
The project was created to make medicines available even in the most remote villages, providing convenience and care for the health of every Ukrainian.
