The European Union has decided to provide Ukraine with €4 billion under the Ukraine Facility financial instrument. The decision was approved by the EU Council after Ukraine successfully fulfilled all the requirements set out in the Ukraine Plan by the end of the third quarter of 2024, the Ministry of Finance reported.
The financial assistance will consist of a loan and a grant to cover priority social and humanitarian expenditures of the state budget.
