According to a study conducted by the Retailers Association of Ukraine (RAU) and Num8erz, sales of Ukrainian goods increased by 9.5% after the launch of the National Cashback programme. The programme has influenced price-sensitive consumers, providing them with an incentive to choose Ukrainian products by giving them the opportunity to get back some of the money they spent.

The total hryvnia revenue of Ukrainian goods increased by 4%. Sales of dairy products, bread and meat increased by 10.6%. The shift in demand from imported dairy and confectionery products to domestic products was 12%.
In addition, the share of consumers whose purchases of Ukrainian goods under the programme amounted to 75-100% increased. Their number increased by 30%.
The study was conducted in December 2024 and covers the analysis of consumer behaviour two months after the programme was launched.
