The state provides veterans and their families with free psychological assistance. The services are available individually, for families or in groups, the Ministry of Reintegration said. Psychological support is organised at three levels:
- Social and psychological support: includes support, adaptation, and counselling.
- Psychological assistance: individual consultations with a specialist.
- Medical and psychological assistance: rehabilitation and treatment with a team of specialists.

The state fully reimburses the cost of these services to providers. To get help, you can contact psychologists included in the Register of Providers of Psychological Assistance Services for Veterans and Their Families. Contact information about such specialists can be found on the official website of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine.
The MARTA diagnostic system is also available to help you assess your psychological state and determine whether you need professional help.
