Hotline launched for agricultural producers facing corruption and land grabbing issues

Agricultural producers and community representatives who have encountered corruption or land grabbing issues can receive free legal assistance through the “Land Without Corruption” program. This initiative aims to combat illegal activities in land relations, support honest farmers, and ensure transparency in the land market.

Within the program, consultations will be provided by leading lawyers from the MORIS law firm, specializing in land legislation. They will help agricultural producers and communities navigate complex issues related to land disputes, illegal land seizures, or corruption in this area.

The program not only provides legal consultations but also organizes training events aimed at combating corruption and illegal land grabs. This includes training for agricultural producers and other interested parties on key land law issues, as well as methods to fight corruption in this field.

Monitoring and analysis of corruption risks

In addition, the expert group within the program will monitor corruption situations in the land market and analyze legislative initiatives related to land relations. The goal is to identify potential corruption risks and prevent them from arising during the development of bills. This approach will contribute to the formation of a transparent and fair land policy in Ukraine.
