Happy Monday launches the project “Invisible Talent Market”

Happy Monday announces the launch of a new project, “Invisible Talent Market,” aimed at supporting internally displaced persons, people with disabilities, and anyone facing discrimination during their job search. In collaboration with the International Renaissance Foundation, the project offers a series of webinars to develop career potential and improve employment skills.

Who is this project for?

The project is targeted at:

  • Ukrainians who are internally displaced persons (IDPs), people with disabilities, or aged 40-60+, and who face challenges in employment due to ageism or their social status.
  • Representatives of companies in need of qualified specialists who are willing to provide opportunities for candidates from socially vulnerable groups.

What can participants expect?

Participants will receive:

  • Interactive workshops and booster meetings for candidates aimed at improving employment skills.
  • A series of training sessions for employers on effective collaboration with candidates from vulnerable groups.
  • An online conference titled “Work Without Limits.”
  • A catalog of best practices from companies that engage specialists from vulnerable groups.

November-December 2024
