Ukrainians are invited to share their stories of resilience as part of the “Diary of Resilience” project

Starting from October 25, Ukraine has launched a special project titled “Diary of Resilience,” aimed at supporting Ukrainians in their quest to recover and regain motivation during difficult times. The organizers invite everyone to share their stories that help maintain mental health.

The “Diary of Resilience” project is part of a communication campaign of the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program, initiated by First Lady Olena Zelenska in partnership with “Public Broadcasting” and “Ukrainian Radio.” Its goal is not only to unite people but also to create a space for sharing experiences that can inspire others.

To participate in the project, individuals need to upload their stories to the special platform of the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program at the link howareyou.intertech.company. Over the course of a month, the platform will be filled with new stories aimed at supporting those seeking motivation and positivity.

Additionally, the organizers encourage sharing information about the project on social media so that more people can learn about the opportunity to share their emotions and experiences.

This initiative provides a unique opportunity for every Ukrainian to contribute to the common goal of supporting mental health and to become part of a larger story of resilience that unites the country during these challenging times.
