The capital of Ukraine has been ranked among the top 15 cities in terms of digitalisation and development of electronic services, surpassing such cities as Paris, Rome and Vienna. This was announced by Petro Olenych, Head of Digital Transformation of Kyiv and Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration.
According to him, Kyiv has been ranked high among 193 cities in the Local Online Services Index, which is conducted by the UN every two years. This ranking reflects the progress of cities in the field of digital transformation, assessing such aspects as online services, e-democracy services and digital infrastructure.
Kyiv’s inclusion in the top 15 demonstrates the city’s significant efforts to develop digital technologies and integrate them into various spheres of life. It also underlines the importance of digital transformation for improving the quality of life of residents and the efficiency of city governance.
