A new stage in the development of the Dія.Освіта platform is being launched in Ukraine. Thanks to the integration of artificial intelligence, users will be able to learn more effectively, receiving personally tailored programmes and individual tools for development. The relevant amendments to the Regulations on the State Portal were approved by the Cabinet of Ministers.
In 2025, Diya.Education will transform into an AI-powered ecosystem with the support of Google.org. New features will include an AI navigator to help users quickly find learning programmes that match their goals, and an AI assistant capable of explaining complex terms, creating personalised notes, and suggesting additional materials.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation emphasises that the strategic goal is to provide 100% of Ukrainians with digital and AI literacy. According to ministry representatives, this will allow everyone to have modern tools for work and development, and the country to build a competitive economy of the future based on innovation.

The achievements of digital policy are already noticeable. Since 2019, more than 6 million Ukrainians have completed digital literacy programmes. Today, the platform has 2.8 million registered users, and 93% of the adult population has digital skills. The proportion of people without basic skills has halved, from 15% in 2019 to 7% in 2023, while 38% of Ukrainians already have advanced skills.
The economic effect is also important. Studies show that employees with digital skills earn 81% more than those without such skills. The contribution of digital skills to Ukraine’s GDP is estimated at more than €110 billion per year, and the demand for specialists with advanced skills is only growing.
The strategic partner of Diya.Education is the Swiss-Ukrainian EGAP Programme, implemented by the Eastern Europe Foundation. The platform was already updated in 2023 on the initiative of the Ministry of Digital Transformation and with the support of Google.org, and the next stage of artificial intelligence integration will be key to the development of educational opportunities for Ukrainians.
