Recommendations are already available in the applicants’ electronic accounts and published on the official website: vstup.edbo.gov.ua. If an applicant has received a recommendation, the status of one of their applications has changed to “Recommended for admission (study under state (regional) order)”.

Each applicant is given only one recommendation for a budget place per application. To confirm their desire to study on a budget, applicants must confirm their choice of place of study and fulfil the admission requirements set out in the educational institution’s admission rules by 18:00 on 30 August, as well as sign a study agreement.

You can confirm your choice of place online using a qualified electronic signature, in particular Dіa.Sign, or in person at the educational institution. After enrolment, the status of the application will change to “Included in the order” (until 1 September).

If the applicant fails to meet the admission requirements within the specified period, the recommendation will be cancelled, and the application will only participate in the competition for contract-based education. Recommendations for contracts will begin to be issued on 1 September.
