Google opens access to free AI course for Ukrainian NGOs

Google has announced the launch of a special programme for Ukrainian non-governmental organisations offering free access to the AI Essentials online course on the Coursera platform. The initiative is aimed at developing digital skills and promoting artificial intelligence among Ukrainians.

The project allows NGOs to engage their audiences in learning the basics of AI. Course participants will receive certificates upon completion of the course, as well as support from Google in the form of media support.

The programme is open to organisations that have a relevant audience, experience in implementing educational initiatives, and a clear strategy for engaging participants. The application deadline is 15 June, and details are available on Google’s official website.

This project is part of the company’s broader efforts to support digital education in Ukraine in the face of rapid technological development.
