Interactive map helps veterans find sport and recovery spaces

A new Ukrainian online platform called “Nashi Tut” (translated as “Ours Are Here”) has launched to support veterans, servicewomen, and their families in finding trusted locations for adaptive sports, training, and rehabilitation. The initiative was developed by the Centre for Initiatives Come Back Alive.

At the core of the platform is an interactive map that is regularly updated. It features a wide range of verified spaces across Ukraine — from veteran hubs and rehab centres to adaptive sports sections and training grounds. A built-in calendar provides information about upcoming veteran-friendly sports events.

Users can filter locations by type of service and region, making the search simple and fast. They can also add new venues, helping expand access to recovery opportunities. The project team personally visits and evaluates the facilities, studies their operations, and facilitates cooperation between trainers, doctors, and other professionals.
