The programme includes a business intensive — a three-day offline training for 100 participants to be held in Kyiv, Lviv, and Vinnytsia. Afterwards, participants will receive two months of mentoring support from experienced entrepreneurs and business consultants.

The 45 finalists of the programme will be able to receive grants of up to €6500 to develop their own business. In addition to financial assistance, the project provides psychological support through group sessions and individual counselling, as well as promoting the participants’ stories through a nationwide information campaign.

Veterans or their family members who have been running a business for at least six months in Kyiv, Lviv, or Vinnytsia regions, as well as businesses that officially employ veterans in these regions, are eligible to apply.

Application deadline:

  • for Kyiv — 1 June;
  • for Lviv — 5 June;
  • for Vinnytsia — 9 June.

The programme is funded by the European Union, the International Organisation for Migration (IOM Ukraine), in partnership with the Ministry of Veterans Affairs and the Startup Ukraine team.
