The International Solidarity Fund’s representative office in Ukraine has announced a grant programme called “Ukraine 2025/ UA_PRO_MentalHealth_Dnipro|Odesa”, aimed at improving the capacity of local communities in the Dnipropetrovsk and Odesa regions to provide psychosocial and physical rehabilitation services. The programme is particularly focused on supporting children, veterans and their families who have been affected by the war.

The project plans to establish four psychosocial support centres in each region based on the PRO_MentalHealth model. The grants will fund two areas: the establishment of the centres, including renovation work and the purchase of necessary equipment for physical and sports rehabilitation, as well as the maintenance of the centres, including the remuneration of specialists throughout the project.
Local authorities in the Dnipropetrovsk and Odesa regions are eligible to apply. Applications will be accepted from 20 August to 3 September 2025 inclusive. Detailed terms and conditions of the competition, the application form and all necessary attachments are available at the link.
The project “Comprehensive Support for Children, Families, and Communities Affected by War” is funded by the European Union and implemented by the International Solidarity Fund Mission in Ukraine as part of the PRO_MentalHealth Psychosocial Programme. The programme aims to strengthen the support system for veterans and their families in local communities.
