In April 2025, veteran support specialists processed almost 18,000 applications.

Veterans themselves, people with special services to the state and participants in the Revolution of Dignity are the most frequent callers to the specialists — they account for 59% of the total number of applications. Another 38% are families of demobilised, veterans or fallen soldiers. The rest are other demobilised persons who need support in adapting to civilian life.
The support specialists provide comprehensive assistance: from advice on social guarantees and legal issues to support in finding a job, retraining or starting a business. Considerable attention is also paid to psychological support and referrals to relevant specialists or institutions. Information assistance is especially valuable, explaining changes in legislation, new opportunities or services related to veterans.
