On 10 April, the National Council on Television and Radio Broadcasting decided to include nine media services belonging to the aggressor state in the List of audiovisual media services on demand and services of audiovisual service providers.

Services that have been banned in Ukraine:
- Kinobar
- Online TV
- Watch TV
- TIVIX
- Pokazz (Pokazz)
- Telik.live
- Movix
- viks.tv
- Debilizer.TV.
In total, these services provide access to 24 websites, including: KINOBAR — 15 websites, Online TV — 2, as well as other resources mentioned above, each of which has its own website for access.
The National Council said that within three business days it would pass the relevant information to the National Commission for the Regulation of Electronic Communications and Postal Services to restrict access to these sites in Ukraine.
