Currently, the website offers 11 digitised services, including programmes for people with disabilities, compensation for energy costs, support for internally displaced persons, and assistance to families of fallen soldiers. The list of services will be expanded in the future.
The new portal will be integrated into the Kyiv Digital ecosystem, which already includes a mobile application, an electronic ticket system, a map of shelters and other services. At the same time, the Service Portal is focused on more complex municipal programmes that previously required significant processing time.
Users can submit an application or receive a service in a matter of minutes thanks to the single sign-on function, convenient search and automated processing of applications. For more information on the Portal’s capabilities, please follow the link.
