The eVidnovlennya service is back online after a cyberattack

The eVidnovlennya service, which was temporarily unavailable due to a large-scale cyberattack, is back online. From now on, citizens can use the service to receive compensation for the restoration of damaged housing.

Applications for compensation can be submitted through the portal or the Diia mobile application. For those who need additional assistance, a consultation is available at the nearest Administrative Service Centre (ASC).

In addition, the term of use of housing certificates, which reserve funds for housing reconstruction, has been extended until 20 February 2025. This gives the victims more time to implement the necessary reconstruction measures.

Recall that eVidnovlennya is a government programme aimed at helping people whose housing was damaged due to the war. The programme provides compensation for repairs or the purchase of new housing.
