In 2025, applicants will be able to apply for a master’s degree using the results of the Unified Entrance Examination (UEE) for 2023 and 2024. At the same time, if applicants want to improve their score, they will have the opportunity to take the UEE again in 2025 and choose the best result to submit.
These conditions are stipulated in the draft Procedure for Admission to Study in 2025, published by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
What do I need to apply?
Depending on the specialty, applicants must submit:
Results of the Unified Professional Entrance Examination (UPEE) for 2025 or
Results of the Unified State Qualification Examination (USQE) for 2024 or 2025.
To participate in the competition, applicants must score at least 100 rating points.

Minimum test requirements
The draft specifies the minimum score required to pass the threshold:
Foreign language (EMI)
5 test points out of 30 possible;
Test of General Academic Competence (TGAC)
5 test points out of 33 possible;
EFL.
35 points out of 140 possible.
It is worth noting that to overcome the threshold, the applicant must answer 5 test tasks in each block. Details on the admission procedure, score transfer and thresholds can be found in the documents of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
