The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has adopted a decision that allows critical enterprises to rebook their employees through the Diia portal in real time without having to wait 72 hours. The innovation will be effective from January 22 to March 1, 2025 for companies that have updated their critical infrastructure status.
What has changed?
The 72-hour pause between the end of the previous booking period and the issuance of a new one has been canceled. This will allow companies to respond quickly to the need for specialists.
Booking of employees of state-owned and municipal healthcare facilities is now allowed in full. Previously, medical institutions could only book 50% of the number of people liable for military service.
