The Social Web Portal of electronic services of the Ministry of Social Policy has launched new services that will make the process of obtaining social services more convenient for citizens.
Key updates
New authorization methods
Ukrainians can now log in to their personal accounts not only with a qualifying electronic signature, but also with BankID or Diia.Signature. This simplifies access to social services online.
Expanded functionality of application submission
Citizens can submit one application for several social services at once, which was not possible before.
The portal has a new service for applying for rehabilitation aids. It will be available after the assessment of daily functioning by expert teams, starting from January 1, 2025.
New features in the personal account
Now you can view notifications about the termination of social services and confirm their receipt in your account.
Citizens can also check the status of previously submitted applications.

Restrictions and clarifications
At the first stage of the new service, the Social Portal does not offer the possibility to apply for compensation for self-purchased rehabilitation aids. As before, this service can be applied for through the Electronic Account of a person with a disability.
Additional initiatives of the Ministry of Social Policy
The Ministry has also launched an online platform that provides citizens with full information about the state prosthetics program.
What does this mean for citizens?
The new services are designed to make the process of receiving social services easier, faster and more convenient. Thanks to the possibility of authorization through BankID and Diia.Signature, access to services has become much more flexible, and new portal tools allow for faster resolution of social needs.
