The document proposes to supplement the Code with Article 73-1, which will provide that special events will be held on this day at the state level. In particular, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is planning to hold a special meeting with the performance of the spiritual hymn ‘God is great, one’.

The Cabinet of Ministers has been instructed to develop and approve a comprehensive action plan for the celebration of the National Day of Prayer with the participation of the All-Ukrainian Council of Churches and Religious Organisations within three months. Also, regional and Kyiv city state administrations should ensure the preparation of regional events on the occasion of this day.
