In the fourth month of the National Cashback programme, Ukrainians have accumulated UAH 436 million in cashback, which is 180 million more than in the previous month. Cashback payments for December and January will be made at the end of February 2025 due to the peculiarities of the budget process. As of today, 4.5 million people are active users of the programme and have already activated their cards for payments in the Diia app.

According to Yulia Sviridenko, First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine, the programme is showing steady growth. In December, UAH 436 million of cashback was accumulated, which exceeds the amount of payments for the previous three months. Citizens of different age groups, including the elderly, take part in the programme, which demonstrates the convenience and accessibility of the programme.
The most active participants are young people under 45, who account for 57.4% of users. The share of middle-aged people is 22.4%, and those aged 60+ – 20.2%. Women make up 62.3% of users, men – 37.7%.
On 24 December, the government paid UAH 232 million in cashback for November to 2 million people. To receive cashback, you need to activate your card in the Diia app. Cardholders can use the funds to pay for utilities, education, medical services, charity and other expenses, or donate them to the Armed Forces.
The programme covers 17 banks and 1,665 manufacturers that provide cashback for 360,000 Ukrainian-made goods.
