The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine has presented Diia.Card, a new tool for receiving state benefits developed in cooperation with banks. The main idea of the project is to simplify access to social benefits by combining them into one card instead of numerous solutions.
Diia.Card will allow citizens to receive payments from the state, including earmarked funds, quickly and conveniently. Instead of having to open new accounts each time for different programmes, users will be able to use one tool for all payments.

The service is currently available in the following banks: PrivatBank, A-bank, Accordbank, Globus Bank and monobank. Credit Dnipro Bank, Sense, and Bank 3/4 will soon join.
The first service on the platform was eBook, and soon it is planned to transfer payments of the eSupport programme (including payments for 2021-2023) and launch new social benefits this month.
In the future, Diia.Karta will include additional government programmes with ‘coloured’ funds used exclusively for targeted payments. The project is another step towards creating the most convenient digital state that minimises bureaucracy and simplifies services for citizens.
