Winter eSupport: the first payments are already on the cards

The government has started transferring funds under the Winter eSupport programme to National Cashback cards. By the end of 11 December, 1.8 million adults and 520,000 children will receive financial assistance.

The programme provides for the funds to be used for various needs, including utility bills, medical expenses, education, transport, mobile communications, insurance, and the purchase of Ukrainian books and medicines. There is also an opportunity to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine through donations or by purchasing bonds.

You can apply through the Diia app, and the funds are transferred to a special National Cashback card. Children can apply separately or simultaneously with an adult application. The programme is valid until the end of winter, and the money can be spent until the end of 2025.

For those who do not yet have a National Cashback card, it can be opened in a few clicks through the Diia app. Consultations and support on how to participate in the programme are available on Diia social media.

The Winter eSupport programme was developed by the Ministry of Economy jointly with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the Ministry of Social Policy with the participation of Ukrposhta, authorised banks and technical administrators of the information system.
