More than five million Ukrainian citizens have already joined the Winter ePidtrymka programme through the Diia app. As part of this initiative, everyone can receive UAH 1,000 to spend on important needs, including utilities, communications, medicines, books and postal services. The funds can be used until the end of 2024.
‘To date, Ukrainians have submitted more than 1.2 million applications for child support. The programme is an important step towards providing financial assistance to citizens in the winter,’ Diia said.

To apply, you need to go to the application, select the Winter ePidtrymka service, specify the recipient of the payment and choose an account to transfer funds to.
The service is available in the territories controlled by Ukraine and is only available to Ukrainian citizens. Applications will be accepted until the end of February.
The project is implemented jointly by the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the Ministry of Social Policy, Ukrposhta and authorised banks.
