What is the REDpreneurUA program?

The REDpreneurUA program was launched to support Ukrainian entrepreneurs who want to create socially responsible businesses aimed at rebuilding the country after the war. The program offers free training on all aspects of running a business—from the conception of an idea to its implementation. Participants will gain knowledge and tools to create sustainable and effective businesses with the potential to contribute to the recovery and prosperity of Ukraine.

Second cohort of participants: requirements and conditions

The second cohort for the REDpreneurUA program starts on December 2, 2024. The program is designed for working-age citizens of Ukraine aged 18 to 59, who do not have an existing business but want to start a socially-oriented startup. Entrepreneurs whose activities contribute to the country’s recovery are especially encouraged to apply.

The program has specific requirements for participants regarding social vulnerability. Priority will be given to the following categories:

  1. Internally displaced persons (IDPs) registered after February 24, 2022.
  2. People with disabilities.
  3. People who care for elderly persons (over 65 years old) or persons with disabilities of I and/or II groups.
  4. Families raising two or more minor children.
  5. Single parents.
  6. Guardians of incapacitated persons.
  7. Long-term socially vulnerable unemployed persons.

Program features

The REDpreneurUA program stands out with its innovative approach to learning. It combines theory and practice through cooperation with leading business incubators and schools. This allows participants to access advanced business practices and create innovative solutions for the country’s recovery.

The second cohort of the program will be carried out in partnership with UkrainianFuture Business Incubator, one of Ukraine’s leading business incubators. This incubator supports entrepreneurs at various stages of their business development, providing a wide range of consulting services and infrastructure for startups. The goal of UkrainianFuture is to develop and scale the innovative activities of young entrepreneurs, helping them transform their business ideas into financially self-sustaining business models.
