The government has pledged to create a digital platform called “Our Home” within two years. It will unite all relevant information about apartment buildings, their co-owners, housing cooperatives, and managers. This was reported on the Ministry of Digital Transformation website.
Previously, Ukraine lacked a tool that would store complete information about apartment buildings and documentation in a secure manner. The “Our Home” system digitizes the process of managing buildings and makes it more convenient and transparent. This will reduce corruption risks and minimize the impact of the human factor.
The pilot project on the creation, implementation, and operation of the Apartment Building Management System is being implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Community Development and Territories of Ukraine, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, and the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine with the support of the “Digital Transformation Support” project, funded by USAID and UK Dev. The partner is the Eastern Europe Foundation.
