How does it work?
All Ukrainians can receive cashback. To do this, you need to:
- Open a special card: This can be done at any bank that is connected to the programme.
- Activate the card in the Diia app: In the ‘Services’ section, find ‘National Cashback’ and follow a few simple steps.
- Buy Ukrainian goods: Scan the barcode of the product in the Diia app when paying. If the product participates in the programme, you will be credited 10% of the purchase price.
The list of goods participating in the programme is constantly updated. You can check whether you can get cashback for a particular product using the Diia app.
Who is behind the programme?
The programme is initiated by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine. The Ministry of Digital Transformation, the National Bank, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the State Tax Service, Oschadbank and other banks, as well as international payment systems Mastercard and Visa are involved in the project.
