Tens of thousands of Ukrainian families who lost their homes as a result of Russian aggression have already received compensation or housing certificates thanks to the government’s eVidnovlennya programme. This was announced by Natalia Kozlovska, Deputy Minister of Communities and Territories Development, during a conference on compensation for war-related damage.
According to Natalia Kozlovska, the eVidnovlennya programme allows victims to receive funds to repair damaged housing or purchase new housing. In addition, Ukrainians can receive compensation to rebuild their homes on their own land.
‘We understand how important owning a home is for everyone. That is why the government continues to work to provide Ukrainians with all the necessary tools to restore their homes,’ the Deputy Minister stressed.
The eVidnovlennya programme has become one of the key tools to support internally displaced persons seeking to return to normal life.
