What does the e-service map offer?

On the E-Service Map, veterans, their relatives, and the families of fallen defenders can find a wide range of services aimed at support and development. The platform allows users to gather all the necessary information in one place and gain access to various services, including:

  • Psychological support,
  • Medical programs,
  • Patriotic education,
  • Artistic initiatives,
  • Everything needed for the development of veteran associations and veteran entrepreneurship.

Convenient access to information

To find the necessary services, users can filter the information by several criteria:

  • Service location — by regions and communities,
  • Types of services — for easier search and access,
  • Service descriptions, categories of recipients, and terms of provision.

These filters help users quickly find the services that meet their needs.

What else can you find on the e-service map?

The E-Service Map is continuously updated, and as of today, 12,991 services are available on the portal. The platform operates in daily updating mode, allowing users to access the most current information.

The services cover all aspects of veteran support, from basic medical needs to the development of professional skills and entrepreneurial initiatives. This enables veterans to not only adapt to civilian life but also become active participants in social and economic processes.

Collaborative development of the portal

The E-Service Map for Veterans was developed by the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine in cooperation with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) Mission in Ukraine, with the goal of ensuring that veterans have access to the support they need.

How to use the e-service map?

You can find and access services directly through the E-Service Map for Veterans portal, available at the following link: https://app.powerbi.com/view…

This innovative platform is an important step toward improving social support for veterans, providing them with easy access to all the necessary services for their development and integration into society.
