The Ombudsman Office of Ukraine, in collaboration with partners, is launching an important initiative—a survey among Ukrainians who have been forced to relocate abroad due to the aggression of the Russian Federation. This survey aims to investigate the problems faced by Ukrainians outside their homeland and identify the conditions necessary to encourage their return to Ukraine.

Purpose of the survey
The survey focuses on:
- Investigating problems: Understanding the challenges faced by Ukrainians living abroad.
- Creating favorable conditions: Identifying the conditions that need to be established to encourage Ukrainians to return home.
- Formulating state policy: Using the collected data to develop strategies that facilitate the comfortable return of Ukrainians.
Call to participate
