In September, more than 646,000 Ukrainians received their first payments under the National Cashback program, totaling 37.2 million UAH in cashback. These funds can be used to pay for utilities, donate to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, purchase military bonds, and for other services.

- Cashback amount for October: 104.6 million UAH, nearly three times the figures from September!
How to join the National Cashback program
To receive 10% cashback for purchasing Ukrainian goods, you need to follow a few simple steps:
- Determine the cards: Issue cards for payment and grant the bank permission to transmit transaction information in participating stores.
- Open a card: Choose a physical or virtual card to receive cashback.
- In the Diia app: In the “Services” section, select the National Cashback card for payments.
You can also apply through the website or mobile app of a participating bank or visit a bank branch.
Program conditions
Cashback funds are not taxed and are available for paying utilities, medical, transport, and other services. It is not possible to withdraw funds from the card for cashback payments.
Who coordinates the program?
The coordinator of the National Cashback program is the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine. The project is implemented with the participation of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the State Tax Service, Oschadbank, authorized banks of Ukraine, and the Government Contact Center. The technological partner of the program is the international payment system Mastercard, while the operational partner is the payment technology company Visa.
