Incorrect information has begun to spread on social media, creating a negative impression among citizens regarding the reform of the medical and social expertise (MSEC) and the social support system for individuals with disabilities. The Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine provides official comments on this issue.

Guarantees for Citizens: It is important to note that all citizens who receive disability pensions will continue to receive all designated payments after the reform. No payments or guarantees for those receiving them legally will be reduced.
Purpose of the Reform: The reform of social support for individuals with disabilities aims to:
- Strengthen support for citizens who have suffered injuries or health damage.
- Accelerate the provision of such support.
- Reduce bureaucracy and make the support system clear, simple, and convenient for citizens during and after illness or injury.
This reform is intended to create a more effective and accessible social support system for individuals with disabilities, facilitating their recovery and integration into society.
