The initiative “Early business recovery in Southern Ukraine” aims to create conditions for entrepreneurship development by providing support for starting, scaling, and relocating small and medium enterprises. This was reported by the Dii.Business portal.

Project participants
Ukrainian citizens, including internally displaced persons (IDPs), aged 18–65, who live or conduct business activities in the Odesa, Mykolaiv, and Kherson regions, are invited to participate.
Educational program
The program consists of three training modules lasting a total of 7 days and includes two visits to successful enterprises in the southern region, following this schedule:
- October 31 — November 2 and November 6–9 (for beginners from Mykolaiv/Kherson);
- November 7–9 and November 13–16 (for experienced entrepreneurs from Odesa);
- November 28–30 and December 4–7 (for experienced entrepreneurs from Mykolaiv/Kherson);
- December 5–7 and December 11–14 (for beginners from Odesa).
The program includes express training on business activities during wartime, business plan preparation, and working with investors.
Competition and support
Authors of the best business ideas will have the opportunity to purchase necessary equipment or cover other expenses related to developing their business. A total of 56 participants can join the competition, with 26 of the best ideas receiving support of up to 180,000 hryvnias.
