Establishing an effective social assistance payment process: the “Electronic cabinet of the bank” project

The Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine has developed the “Electronic cabinet of the bank” project aimed at optimizing the process of social assistance payments. This project is designed to ensure faster access for people to social benefits and simplify the work of social service employees.

Invitation to testing

As part of the project, the Ministry of Social Policy invites banking institutions and Ukrposhta to join the testing of the “Electronic cabinet of the bank and Ukrposhta” on the Social Web Portal of Electronic Services of the Ministry of Social Policy.

Advantages of the project

The implementation of the electronic cabinet is crucial for reducing the time social protection workers spend processing payment information. The automation of processes will allow them to focus on providing assistance to those in need.

Collaboration

The project is being implemented jointly with the Ministry of Social Policy and the State Enterprise “Information and Computing Center of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine.” It is intended for employees of authorized banks responsible for state social assistance payments.

Availability

The electronic cabinet of the bank is already available for testing on the Social Web Portal of Electronic Services of the Ministry of Social Policy (https://elcab.ioc.gov.ua/welcome).
