Applying for housing subsidy: Is it necessary to visit the Pension Fund?

Today, it is not mandatory to visit the Pension Fund to apply for a housing subsidy. You can submit documents online without leaving your home.

How to do it?

You can apply for a housing subsidy through the Diia portal or the online cabinet of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.

Instructions for submitting the application:

  1. Prepare documents: Before starting the process, prepare scanned copies of the necessary documents that you will need to upload.
  2. Access the portal:
  • Go to the Pension Fund of Ukraine’s electronic services portal: PFU.
  • Click the “Login” button.
  1. Authorization:
  • Log into your personal cabinet using a QES (qualified electronic signature). For this, select the accredited certification center, choose the key file, and enter your password.
  1. Forming the application:
  • In your personal cabinet, select the “Communications with PFU” section and click on “Application for housing subsidy or benefit.”
  • Prepare scanned copies of documents and give consent for remote information provision.
  • Select “Application for the appointment and provision of housing subsidy.”
  1. Filling out the form:
  • Fill out the relevant fields in the online form.
  • Add scanned copies of documents by clicking the “Add file” button.
  1. Forming and signing:
  • Click the “Form application” button. The system will check the correctness of the entries.
  • If there are no errors, apply your digital signature and send the documents to the Pension Fund.

Tracking your application status

You can track the status of your application in your personal cabinet under the “My requests” – “Request status” section.

Applying for a housing subsidy has become simpler and more convenient with the option for online submission. Don’t waste time and take advantage of these new opportunities!
