Eoselya: Since the beginning of the year, 7.2 thousand Ukrainian families have received loans for housing purchase

Since the beginning of the year, 7.2 thousand Ukrainian families have received loans for purchasing housing under the eOselya program. The total amount of issued loans is 12.4 million UAH.

In the past week, loans were granted to:

  • 71 servicemen and law enforcement officers, 9 educators, 14 medical workers, and 4 scientists at 3% interest,
  • 30 Ukrainians without their own housing, 6 internally displaced persons (IDPs), and 7 veterans at 7% interest.

The share of the primary market among the issued loans is increasing, as the program is becoming more focused on new housing. Recently, the government approved a corresponding decision to enhance accessibility to new builds.

Currently, loans under the eOselya program can be obtained from 10 banks: Oschadbank, PrivatBank, UGB, Globus Bank, Sky Bank, Sense Bank, Bank Kredit Dnipro, MTB Bank, TASCOMBANK, and BISBANK.

The program is implemented by the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, and JSC Ukrfinzhytlo.

The affordable housing loan program “eOselya” is a component of the Made in Ukraine policy initiated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
