Readiness of heating facilities
Additionally, readiness certificates for heating facilities serving nearly 6,000 socially important consumers have been signed. These consumers receive thermal energy from centralized heating systems, including medical and healthcare institutions, schools, and preschool facilities.
Requests from heating sector participants
Territorial offices of the State Energy Supervision Authority have been receiving requests from stakeholders in the heating sector regarding participation in commissions that check the readiness of heating facilities for operation during the cold season.
Procedure for obtaining readiness certificates
A readiness certificate is issued only upon the full compliance with the requirements set forth in the Rules for Preparing Heating Facilities for the Heating Season. This confirms the proper preparation of energy facilities, helping to prevent failures in heating systems during the autumn and winter period.
Systematic preparation for the heating season is crucial for ensuring a stable supply of thermal energy in Ukraine. Meeting all necessary requirements and adequately preparing heating facilities will help avoid potential problems during the cold months.
