Over the past three years, the Prozorro.Prodazhi system has conducted nearly 16,400 auctions, generating significant revenue for Ukraine from land sales. In total, more than 98,900 hectares of land have been sold, with over 89,200 hectares leased. Reported by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.

- Sales Volume: The system has brought the state nearly 3.9 billion UAH in revenue over three years.
- Leaders in Leasing: Odesa, Lviv, and Cherkasy regions emerged as the most active in land leasing.
- Prices for Agricultural Land: The highest average prices for agricultural land per hectare were recorded in Vinnytsia Oblast—over 16,300 UAH.
- Rental Income: Odesa Oblast leads in rental income from agricultural land, generating 101 million UAH annually.
New Opportunities
Recently, the Prozorro.Prodazhi system held its first online auctions for subleasing state agricultural lands, organized by the “Land Bank.” This opens new opportunities for farmers and investors, promoting more efficient use of land resources.
