The Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine has announced the launch of an electronic social services account and a new platform for child adoption.
The e-cabinet of social services will allow citizens to receive information on available social benefits and services, as well as view their status. The functionality of the cabinet will be gradually expanded.
‘Social support should start with the provision of social services that help people create their own success story in overcoming difficult life circumstances. We are introducing new types of services, developing unified state standards and creating an open market. To date, 3,672 social service providers have already been registered,’ said Oksana Zholnovych, Minister of Social Policy.

Ukraine for Every Child platform aims to digitise the entire adoption process, making it more transparent and accessible.
According to Deputy Minister of Social Policy Kostyantyn Koshelenko, the new website of the Ministry of Social Policy, which is being developed in cooperation with UNICEF, will be launched in early 2025.
