Assistance to Displaced and Evacuated Persons
Every day, Ukrainian Red Cross rapid response teams in Dnipro and other cities in the Dnipropetrovsk region meet evacuation trains from frontline areas, helping mobility-impaired individuals and passengers with children reach temporary shelters. In addition to food and hygiene kits, internally displaced families also receive dishes, blankets, and bedding.

New Initiatives and Cooperation
Recently, the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Organization of the Ukrainian Red Cross signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Employment Service. The memorandum aims to strengthen cooperation in providing information and advisory services to war veterans, internally displaced persons, families of deceased servicemen, and refugees returning to Ukraine. This partnership also involves creating additional job opportunities.
Support and New Opportunities
The Ukrainian Red Cross continues to support people not only through humanitarian aid but also by creating new opportunities to improve living conditions amid the war.
