Issues faced by users
If you have met all the program’s conditions, purchased Ukrainian products, but do not see the cashback in the Diia app, it may be because the beta testing of the program has recently started. Currently, banks are working on establishing data exchange with the program’s information system. Some banks have already tested their processes, while others are still testing. Once these processes are complete, new consumers will be able to see the cashback in Diia. The money is not lost.
The adjustment process will continue over the next few weeks. You can submit your suggestions or feedback for program improvement via the form on the website madeinukraine.gov.ua.
