The First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine and Minister of Economy, Yulia Svyrydenko, announced an important update during the event “Economic Policy of Ukraine: Recovery During War.” From now on, training vouchers will be available in digital format through the Diia portal.

What will change?
The digital format of vouchers will greatly simplify the process of retraining and upskilling for several categories of individuals, including:
- Veterans
- Internally displaced persons
- People with disabilities
- Citizens aged 45 and over

- Convenience and Accessibility: Obtaining a voucher through the Diia portal makes the process easier and faster.
- Financial Support: Ukrainians will be able to receive a voucher worth up to 30,000 UAH to cover training expenses.
Results for 2023
In 2023, 18,025 training vouchers were issued, and 45% of those who completed their training found employment in a new field. These figures reflect the positive impact of the program on labor integration and skills enhancement.
