Winners of the ‘Best Digital Healthcare Facility 2024’ Selection Announced

Healthcare professionals remain the primary drivers of change in the medical field, daily integrating digital tools to enhance the quality and accessibility of medical services. At the eHealth Summit 2024, the results of the “Best Digital Healthcare Facility 2024” selection were announced, featuring 135 healthcare institutions from across Ukraine. According to the Ministry of Health Protection, all participants demonstrated how technology can transform daily processes and provide a new level of comfort for patients.

Based on voting results and expert evaluations, this year’s highest support went to three healthcare facilities:

  • National Children’s Specialized Hospital of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine “OKHMATDYT” (NDSH Okhmatdyt) – A leading medical center that actively utilizes digital tools for internal optimization. The facility implements new technologies such as telemedicine and artificial intelligence, enhancing the level of medical services. The hospital’s medical, laboratory, and radiological information systems are integrated into a unified infrastructure.
  • Odesa City Children’s Polyclinic No. 6 (Children’s City Polyclinic 6 Compass) – A healthcare institution that has adopted innovative approaches to managing medical data and communication with patients. The polyclinic features electronic document management, digitalized service and shift records, and is implementing an electronic system for evaluating the quality of medical staff’s work. The facility also ensures complete energy stability.
  • Boryspil City Primary Health Care Center (Boryspil Medical) – A facility that serves as an example of medical process digitization. It actively uses software for secure document management, centralized registration, and IP telephony for patient consultations.

Sincere thanks are extended to all participants in the selection process and each healthcare facility that daily demonstrates how technology can improve Ukrainian medicine. Their dedication and significant contributions to modernizing the healthcare sector deserve special recognition and appreciation.
