Shopping and entertainment centers in Kiev switched to a new operating mode on September 10 here depending on the air alert level. During a red threat level all shopping centers close, and visitors and staff must go to shelters.
At the yellow level – i.e. a drone threat – the following will continue operating:
- River Mall;
- Dream;
- Piramida;
- Retroville;
- Art Mall;
- Victoria Gardens.
Stores and facilities within these centers will decide independently whether to operate during such an alert.
Ocean Plaza stores will operate only on the first basement level during an alert. In contrast, CUМ will close during an alert regardless of its level.
