Central European University opened a call for Ukrainian students to enroll in online courses under the Invisible University for Ukraine program.
Participants will receive three free courses in humanities and social sciences of their choice, workshops on research methodology, and information about internship and study opportunities. Individual mentorship from leading European and Ukrainian scholars and sessions in academic English and writing are also provided.
Students can apply for a research scholarship of 800 euros for a project on events in Ukraine. The best works will be published on the website of the interdisciplinary web journal Visible Ukraine.
The top participants of the program will attend a winter school in Budapest in January 2027.
Applications can be submitted by undergraduate, master’s, or PhD students who are proficient in English, are located in Ukraine or abroad, and have completed high school, are studying at a university, or earned a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree in 2021–2022.
The deadline for applications is September 9, 2026, at 23:59 Kyiv time. The program is overseen by Central European University.
