In Ukraine, practical training for the first group in the new initiative — the School of Construction Equipment Operators for women — has begun. This training course will last 9 weeks and provides participants with the opportunity to master skills in operating modern construction equipment.
First Steps in Training
The first group of students started their training on August 5 and is currently actively engaged in practical sessions. The school offers a unique opportunity for women to learn how to operate 15 different types of modern construction equipment, including backhoe loaders, telescopic handlers, skid steer loaders, and mini excavators.
Enrollment for Upcoming Groups
Enrollment is ongoing for the second and third groups, which will start training in September–October and November–December of this year, respectively. Ukrainian citizens who are 18 years or older are eligible to participate. The program aims to expand job opportunities for women and provides them with a chance to realize their potential in new professional fields.
