The Ukrainian Red Cross provided financial assistance to residents of 9 front-line areas in the amount of UAH 60,620,700 in June 2026.
5,174 people received assistance. Payments are made according to priorities – funds are directed to evacuees, households whose homes have been damaged or destroyed as a result of hostilities, as well as vulnerable population groups.
Vulnerable groups include:
- the elderly;
- people with disabilities;
- large families;
- single parents and guardians;
- households that need primary support.
The program operates in the Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson, and Chernihiv regions.
