Search and rescue operations completed in Kyiv after Russian strike – 19 people killed

Search and rescue operations have been completed in Kyiv at both locations in the Podilskyi and Darnytskyi districts, where a massive Russian strike occurred on the night of July 6, according to the SESU.

As a result of the attack, 19 people were killed, including 1 child. Another 61 person was injured, including 7 children.

394 rescuers and 95 units of equipment from the DSNS were involved in the elimination of the consequences of the strike.

Rescuers dismantled emergency structures and removed over 1,500 tons of construction debris. Building structures were cleared on an area of about 305 square meters.

Currently, emergency restoration work is underway at the sites – demolition of individual emergency structures of houses and removal of construction debris.
